Currently, CHRF is preparing to initiate a clinical trial on neonatal sepsis at two tertiary hospitals in Dhaka.

We are inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Clinical Coordinator.

Job location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Required Candidate Profile

  1. MBBS degree from a BMDC-recognized medical college, with a strong academic record.
  2. Postgraduate qualifications (DCH/MPH/PhD or equivalent) will be given preference.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health research or project management, particularly in hospital settings. Experience in clinical trial management will be considered an added advantage.
  4. Strong problem-solving and management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  6. Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Salary

Negotiable (depending on the experience and/or qualifications of the candidate), Contributory provident fund and festival allowance (Eid/Puja/Christmas and Baishakhi)/ Two days weekend.

Role

  1. Ensure that all study activities are conducted in compliance with the approved study protocol.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with clinical, laboratory, and data teams to ensure that epidemiological, clinical, and laboratory data are accurate and properly linked.
  3. Monitor the progress of project activities at participating hospitals in collaboration with site-specific coordinators.
  4. Analyze data and prepare reports according to the project schedule.
  5. Regularly update investigators on project progress, challenges, and key developments.
  6. Maintain liaison with study sites and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners.
