Yesterday, our six “Infectious Disease Detectives” wrapped up their journey with a playful comic-style presentation that mixed science with storytelling. Stepping into the roles of superheroes, they set out to save Dhaka from a dangerous villain— Pseudomonas aeruginosa!
During the presentation , they showcased the skills they had learnt throughout the week- solving clue cards to uncover the cause of a child’s mysterious illness, performing hands-on lab tests to identify bacteria through microbiological and biochemical methods, and even using advanced molecular tools like PCR to detect the pathogen.
Congratulations to our brilliant trainees, your superpowers of curiosity and discovery have only begun to shine!
Our trainees came from Birshreshtha Noor Mohammad Public College, Glenrich International School Uttara, Academia International School, Bangladesh International Tutorial, and MASTERMIND English Medium School, have successfully completed the 5-day “Infectious Disease Detectives – Advanced” training program at CHRF!
