Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Genetic Engineering or similar field with one year of working experience is preferred. • Candidates with basic training in molecular biology, biochemistry and genomics will be given priority • Must be highly organized and be particularly attentive to details • Must possess problem-solving, critical thinking, and management skill and be able to work independently • Must be enthusiastic to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and be willing to take initiative• Teamwork and collaboration • Organizational awareness • Accountability • Communication • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla

• Assist in demonstration of laboratory techniques and analysis covered during training programs conducted at CHRF • Assist in executing and coordinating training and internship programs conducted at CHRF • Assist in maintaining a calendar covering all programs, and ensure timely assessment of all interns and trainees • Work closely with CHRF’s administration team to coordinate communication with prospective interns • Assist in keeping track of logistics needed for training sessions, work closely with the lab management team and take care of the laboratory equipment for training purposes • Assist in compiling lecture material for all training programs • Assist the CHRF ‘Building Scientists for Bangladesh’ team in organizing science camps for high school students. Travel to those schools to organize the events if necessary
